AIDS Walk 2005
Sun., Oct. 16, 2005
Your support is needed in our effort to raise money for the fight against AIDS.
On Oct. 16, 2005, Family and Community Service (FCS) will be participating in the AIDS Walk in Philadelphia. Sponsored by the AIDS Fund, the Walk raises money to support organizations such as ours that provide services to HIV-positive people. Funds raised from this year's Walk will help to support our HIV/AIDS program that provides case management, counseling, education and community advocacy, and the Ralph Moses House that provides supportive housing that enables homeless men with HIV/AIDS to live independently and achieve self-sufficiency.
Here are the ways in which you can participate in the AIDS Walk:
Join our AIDS Walk Team: Call Cynthia Boyd, HIV/AIDS Services Supervisor, at 610-566-7540, ext. 246, to receive a registration form and join Team 22, the FCS AIDS Walk Team.
Start Your Own Sub-Team: The benefit of having a sub-team is that you will have your own differentiated group, yet the proceeds will directly benefit FCS’s HIV/AIDS programs. Give a call for details!
Sponsor One of FCS’s Walkers: Call Cynthia for information.
Please, join us in the fight against AIDS . . . until it's over!
P.S. Sound too complicated?
