FCS traces its origins from the Community Centre of Media which began operations in 1920. The present Agency resulted from the consolidation and merger of Delaware County's five family service agencies between 1940 and 1946. FCS provides services from offices in Media and Clifton Heights, the Ralph Moses House in Chester, and in other community locations.
