Adopt a Family for the Holidays
by providing them with food, new clothing or gifts. Financial donations are welcome for families with special needs. Can you help with deliveries?

Throughout the Year

Our Second Time Around Parents Program is always looking for volunteers to help with grandchildren's activities (trips to the zoo, aquarium, etc.). Child care assistants are sometimes needed for our kids' groups.

Our Ralph Moses House, a supportive, transitional housing facility for homeless men with HIV and AIDS. For information about volunteer opportunities, call Tom Kavitski, Program Manager, at 610-859-3806.

Emergency Food Assistance to Needy Families - donations of supermarket gift cards come in very handy in emergency situations throughout the year.

Fund Raising Events

Dining Out for Life on April 30, 2009. Participating restaurants in Delaware County donate a portion of their day's food proceeds to Family and Community Service's HIV/AIDS service programs. We need help to sign-up restaurants to participate, greet diners, or just to enjoy a good meal.

Board of Directors and Board Committee Members - We're always looking for "a few good men and women" who are interested in getting more involved in our organization. Give to the United Way - You can designate your gift to Family and Community Service. Our code number for the United Way of Southeastern PA is 40. No code number is required for the United Way of Southeast Delaware County.
