The Bag Hunger Campaign ran from August 28 thru September 8 across all 171 GIANT Food Stores with a grand total of $768,090 collected from all stores. Giant Food Store customers donated to their local food bank during checkout through the Bag Hunger in-store campaign. Funds collected will go to different food banks and over 100 pantries across the market served by Giant Food Stores. The Bag Hunger Campaign is only one of many ways that Giant Food Stores supports Family and Community Service of Delaware County’s mission to end hunger in the region.
